Thank You for Volunteering!
Thank you for signing up to volunteer at the Superior Fall Trail Race – we could not put on this event without your generous support! Below is a quick rundown of whats next / what to expect between now and race day!
1.) Your name has been added to our list of volunteers HERE – please check and make sure your name is showing up, that means we have successfully received your volunteer registration – if for some reason your name is not showing up, please get in touch with us.
2.) You will notice that initially / by default the “Job” column next to your name in the spreadsheet is blank, this means you have not been assigned a job yet… About 3 weeks prior to the race we will start making “Volunteer Assignments” – at that time you will find a job listed next to your name and you may even find that your name shows up on the list more than once, meaning you have more than one job! Please feel free to check back but we will send out an email notifying you when your job(s) have been assigned.
3.) Once your job has been assigned you can go HERE and find your Volunteer Job – you will find a description of the job you have been assigned along with many other details including where to be when, what you may need to bring and what your responsibilities are.
Finally, we ask that you take some time to review the race website in its entirety, everything pertinent to the race, the runners and volunteers can be found on this site – knowing this information makes you the best volunteer possible!
